Born in 1951 in Vancouver, Wanda Koop lives and works in Winnipeg. A graduate of Lemoine Fitzgerald School of Art, University of Manitoba, she was elected to the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts in 2005 and appointed member of the Order of Canada in 2006. She is represented by Division Gallery, Montreal, and Michael Gibson Gallery, London, Ontario.
