Born in 1953 in Baltimore, Sandra Meigs lives and works in Victoria, British Columbia. She holds a BFA from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and an MA in philosophy from Dalhousie University. She teaches at University of Victoria and is represented by Susan Hobbs Gallery, Toronto.
