Born in 1972 in Ottawa, Justin Stephens lives and works in Glasgow, Scotland. He holds a BFA from Concordia University and an MFA from Glasgow School of Art. He was a finalist in the 2007 and the 2008 RBC Canadian Painting Competition and is represented by Parisian Laundry, Montreal.
