Daniel Hutchinson was born in 1981 in Toronto, where he lives and works. He holds a BFA from Emily Carr University of Art + Design and an MFA from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. A finalist in the 2009 and the 2011 RBC Canadian Painting Competition, he is represented by Angell Gallery, Toronto.
