Ben Reeves was born in 1969 in Vancouver, where he lives and works. He holds a BFA from University of British Columbia and an MFA from Chelsea College of Art and Design, London, and was the winner of the 2001 RBC Canadian Painting Competition. He teaches at Emily Carr University of Art + Design and is represented by Equinox Gallery, Vancouver, and Jessica Bradley Art + Projects, Toronto.
